The next stage of development is due to start in September 2010. This work will encompass the main hillside taking in Lots 10 - 35 and will also include the main road for Avignon Place. Although the physical works will be done in the 1 stage the release of sections will take place over 5 releases. Sections will be released in the following stages.

Stage 10 - Lot 30 - 35 - (Titles due July 2011)

Stage 11 - Lots 23, 24, 27, 28 and 29 - (Titles due 2011/ 2012)

Stage 12 - Lots 21, 22, 25 and 26 - (Titles due - subject to demand)

Stage 13 - Lots 10 - 16 - (Titles due - subject to demand)

Stage 14 - Lots 17 - 20 - (Titles due - subject to demand)

Stage 15 - Lots 36 - 41 - will be developed as the last stage

Large Lot Residential - Bradleigh Park

At the entry to Marlborough Ridge we feature Bradleigh Park, a rural residential setting with average lots between 3,000 - 4,000sqm. Numerous homes have already been constructed, with very limited numbers of Lots still available for sale.
