Our properties will be developed to a very high standard with a huge emphasis on landscape design.

Sales will generally not be made until potential buyers can see the quality of what each subdivision will visually look like, either from a detailed landscape plan or from the end product.

We are aiming at the top end of the market and will be focusing on quality housing. Our aim will not be to make quick sales but to get self satisfaction from a great visual result.

All house plans and designs will need to be approved by an architectural committee who will have the ability to reject something which does not meet the high standard which we are seeking. Strict building covenants will be set in place so as to create a great visual subdivision and also to protect your investment.
