years ago, with the dream of a full
Hotel Resort being constructed.

Running
into financial difficulties the project
was halted until it was purchased
by the Smith Family in 2003. Putting
the potential Hotel to one side, we
have planned a more economically and
viable development which is now taking
shape and looking quite stunning.
Houses
have been popping up all over the
Marlborough Ridge development which
expresses a very high standard of
design and construction. We show some
of these throughout our site.
The
ridge top views are simply astounding
overlooking Marlborough's prestigious
Marlborough Golf Club, the Fairhall
Vineyards and the Richmond Ranges.

Stage 6 and 7 ] – Residential

Resource
Consent has been granted to further
develop 33 residential lots on the
Hillside, overlooking Avignon to the
North, vineyards to the West and the
Marlborough Golf Course to the East.
Work will not likely commence on this
development until late 2009 or early
2010.
[
Stage 8 ] – Residential Apartment

Architecturally designed Residential
Apartments will be constructed on
the current Village Green. This area
will be known as Avignon. The Apartments
will border the southern and eastern
boundaries giving a northerly view
over a large landscaped area to the
neighbouring vineyards and Richmond
Ranges. The Marlborough Golf course
sits immediately to the east of Avignon.
A
modern style and flair will set this
stage of the Marlborough Ridge Development
apart from the rest. With considerable
landscaping and a tennis court planned,
along with an all encompassed 5,000
sqm Reserve, this will certainly be
the place to relax and soak up the
Marlborough landscape and environs.
Our
plan is to construct the first series
of Apartments in 2010. Demand will
drive the speed in which the complex
is completed.
