We have now had our new Pilote P740FC for 2 months and already covered nearly 1,800km.
We have owned 6 different motorhomes and caravans through the years including 3 from the Hymer/Burstner range. I believe the Pilote is a step above all the units we have owned. The style and flair with clever design is outstanding. As they say the “French Flair”.
Regarding your company, I have nothing but praise for the service we have had from Deluxe.
Both yourself and Brett have been more than helpful. Our motorhome was stuck in Blenheim during the second lockdown getting it's fit-out. As we live in Auckland we could not travel to gain delivery. We were never put under any pressure from Deluxe, financially or any other way.
We ordered the awning, invertor wired to all power points, driver and passenger steps (excellent), and
towbar. All installations were perfect.
The Fiat 140HP Auto is a dream to drive. The new 9 speed gearbox is outstanding and a huge improvement on the previous model. The Ad-blue system has proven to be a non event. We have hardly used any so far.

Could you please pass on a huge thank you to Colin and Jesse ( especially Colin) for the amount of time he gave Mike and I Thursday week ago - 23 July - getting us up to speed with our awesome Pilote motorhome. We had picked our Pilote up the afternoon of lockdown in March and hadn't used it a lot so had a list of questions we needed answered. We are extremely impressed with your team at DeluxeRV, nothing is a problem and everyone is extremely willing and helpful with what seem like simple little queries. Matt always impressed me with his helpful advice when I phoned during Covid and both Colin and Jesse clarified so much for us. Also want to say we had a fabulous time in Blenheim and discovered Marfells Beach. We had unbelievably stunning weather - we are hooked on the motorhome lifestyle. YAY!!! We approached DeLuxe as absolute camper virgins with only ideas of what we wanted a van to be like- what we thought we needed, wanted, and what was available with our financial boundaries.
